Leaf Jungle House is a charming new property placed 5 minutes' walk from the Arugam Bay beach; here there's no sound of traffic, only birds and monkeys, peacocks and a couple of crocodiles to welcome you. Full immersed in nature, and always ventilated by the season's wind, the house has only 2 rooms available, both on the 1st floor. With big private wooden balconies and spacious bathrooms with shower, the bedrooms (30 m2 and 50 m2) are provided with fans and many large windows equiped with mosquito nets. If you are looking for quiet and relax after the beach and the Sri Lankan adventures, this can be the right place. There's the kitchen of the small restaurant open for the guests all day, with fresh juices and Italian and Sri Lankan dishes, next to the green chill-out on the river. The place is great for yoga and meditation. Muhudu Maha Viharaya - the ancient temple with the stupa on the sand dune is only 2.5 km. Arugam Bay Main point - the famous surf spot is 15 minutes' walk from here, about 2 km. Wiskey point, Pottuvil point - good for beginners as well as for advanced surfers are 15 minutes' drive. Kumana National Park - it's 30 km from Arugam Bay.
