The entertainment staff at the hotel is friendly, welcoming, and dedicated to helping guests have a good stay at the hotel. Many guests have described them as the best thing about the hotel.

The rooms are large and spacious, with plenty of room to spread out during your stay.

Less than a 30-minute stroll away from the beach, and near a variety of shops, cafes as well as restaurants, this property is conveniently located - for any typical needs you might have during your stay. Rooms on the west side of the hotel boast beautiful views of the ocean, and those on the east side overlook the grounds of the royal palace across the street.

Some guests have complained of an unpleasant smell from the carpets, and that the housekeeping staff do not always clean rooms thoroughly - often leaving stains unattended to for days, or simply never cleaning them at all. Be prepared to clean up your own mess if you want to make sure your room is clean every day.

The food at the hotel is of basic quality - better fare can be found in the restaurants in the area, though. In addition, some guests have report that the food is often stale when it should be fresh, and cold when it should be hot.

Though the entertainment and spa staff are welcoming and friendly, along with some of the reception staff members, there are a number of other staff - including managers - with a reputation for being rude and uncaring.
