Hotel Le Terrazze Di San Giovanni (Rome, Italy)

Guests seemed to like the location in its own right, saying it was well within walking distance of the Coliseum and other points of interest, as well as because it was close to the San Giovanni Metro Station, which further opened up much of Rome to exploration.

This was perhaps guests favourite guest house feature, with many remarking on how lovely the terrace was and how they enjoyed being able to sit outside, and perhaps absorb a bit of that Roman sunshine.

Many guests commented that they found their rooms to be exceptionally clean when they checked in, and that the housekeeping staff did a great job making sure they stayed that way during the course of their stay

A number of guests did not like that the breakfast was not at the guest house itself, but rather at a café across the road. It seemed they found it a little inconvenient especially if they weren't ready to head out or the day just yet. The breakfast itself was also said to be meagre, with many finding it insufficient for the most important meal of the day.

A fair number of guests did not like the fact that there were no permanent staff onsite. They found that whenever they had an issue that needed to be dealt with it was very awkward to have to rely on the telephone or email.

Quite a number of guests complained that the beds in their rooms were exceptionally small, perhaps a double size at best. Of course most were used to much bigger beds, both at home and in hotels, so found them a bit too cramped.
