Guests may indulge in various sports and activities from canyoning to hiking to paragliding at Avoriaz or Morzine. Many on-site sports and leisure activities take place in the surrounding areas making it a paradise for mountain biking, cycling and similar activities.
Guests loved devouring the food at Le Sporting. From delicious breakfast to outstanding five course evening meals, the food served by the hotel are high on taste and presentation and of excellent quality.
The multilingual staff at Le Sporting is very supportive and friendly. Since its inception, the hotel is run by one family, so everyone from owners to staff are cooperative and ensure that the guests have a comfortable stay. Some waiters even remember the drinks last ordered or loved by you.
Many guests are disappointed with paid Wi-Fi. The guests felt that the Internet connectivity is not very good and has mixed reception all over the hotel and rooms.
Since the hotel is located on main road, a few guests felt that the rooms are a little noisy on weekends due to traffic coming from and going to Avoriaz. However, it does not affect the overall stay.
Though, guests loved the spa and sauna facilities at Le Sporting, some felt that the location of sauna room could have been better. It is located on other side of hotel, hence you have to cross the bar and entrance wearing bikini/towel, which becomes a little awkward.
