Situated just 4km from Jarnac and 10km from Cognac in the Grand Champagne Cognac region.\r\n\r\nThe property is situated in a small friendly village with a boulangerie 200mtrs from the Gites. \r\n\r\nThe complex consists of 4 gites with a large shared garden next to the river and the mill stream. The conversion was completed in 2016 and features a contemporary interior whilst maintaining the external character. Each gite has a fully equiped kitchen and large comfortable rooms. \r\n\r\nThere is central heating through out to keep you toasty warm for winter breaks. Television in french and english, DVD and a dedicated WIFI is provided free of charge.
