Hotel Le Méridien Singapore, Sentosa (Singapore, Singapore)

Guests thought Mövenpick Heritage Hotel Sentosa boasts a resort-perfect location near the beach and the city, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown life. Plenty of local attractions, including Universal Studios, are a short walk away. In addition, the inland cable car and the Sentosa Express Monorail (Imbiah Station) are both conveniently located close by.

Don't sleep through breakfast. Guests were impressed with the high-quality buffet offerings, with a good variety of choices and delicious food. If you prefer to dine in privacy, the room service does not disappoint either.

In addition to the great onsite facilities, guests were very impressed with the service they received. The staff are genuinely friendly, helpful and efficient. Some guests even say the hotel personnel went out of their way to satisfy.

Though most guests were pleased with their accommodations, some of them though the rooms could use minor renovations and cosmetic touch ups. For a example, a few guests complained about difficulties with closing the bathroom doors. An update in decor would also refresh the overall look.

Guests though some of the rooms are not well maintained and the housekeeping could do a better job cleaning. Several guests found more than one dusty surface upon check in. The air conditioners and fans aren't the strongest, resulting in some stuffy rooms.

The breakfast is quite popular. On busy days, guests said the service was quite slow. Items int he buffet often ran out and weren't refilled fast enough.
