The buffet breakfast is a great way to start the day off for most guests with a great spread on offer. Meals in the three restaurants are also widely appreciated - albeit on the expensive side - such as the traditional fondues and the nice buffet menu.
You don't have to leave to hotel to get great entertainment - even though the centre of the resort is not far away. Guests like snuggling up in the cosy bar in front of the fire-place and soaking up the ambiance of the live music.
Many guests find the rooms pretty disappointing - especially as the rest of the hotel is so attractive with nice decor. Not only are the bedrooms pretty small, they are banal and tired looking.
Numerous guests find the bathrooms a big let down too. The main gripe being the lack of a proper shower. A shower-head connected to the bath is just not up to standard for a lot of guests. Some also find that the equipment is too basic and the bathrooms are not very nicely decorated.
Guests are shocked to find they can not use the indoor pool without paying an astronomical amount of money for a single use of the spa. To make things worse it is not even very big and children can only use it in the mornings!
