Hotel Le Berger (Elsene-Ixelles, Belgium)

Many guests appreciated having a nice on-site restaurant available for guests. The Italian cuisine was found to be delicious by many guests who dined here. They also enjoyed the enthusiasm of the restaurant staff.

The room decorations and furnishings were found to be very nice by many guests. They enjoyed the art deco ambiance and the antique furnishings. The combination and overall décor was a unique style.

The hotel's location was found to be ideal as most of the city sites were around a fifteen minute walk. It was easy to get to the Grand Place and also reach various metro stations. It is also close to art galleries, restaurants and bars.

The Wi-Fi was found to be very slow and not working properly in the rooms by some guests. They wished the Wi-Fi would work in the rooms as it is annoying to use in the lobby area.

There were quite a few guests that felt the rooms had very poor lighting and were too dark. They would have liked some natural light to come in as some rooms did not have big windows, or it would be nice to have more light bulbs around.

The rooms were found to not do a very good job when it came to blocking the noise from next door and from the outside. They felt there was no noise that they did not hear, as the traffic or the voices could easily be heard. They would have preferred more insulation.
