Las Vegas is located just a few steps away from the beach much to a beach lover’s delight. Many good restaurants and bars are also located in close proximity. Also, travellers may explore the city and do many outdoor activities by staying at this hotel. Barcelona Airport is also located in close proximity.
The staff is efficient and polite and makes an effort to help the guests promptly. From quickly arranging extra bed to arranging special occasion’s surprises, the reception and housekeeping staff does a great job.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and well-maintained with very nice pools. Guests loved sunbathing and swimming in the three pools, which are of good size and have good facilities.
Many guests felt disappointed on paying additional charges for some basic facilities like minibar, Wi-Fi, safe or extra key. There is also a lack of tea/coffee maker in the room.
A few guests felt that A.C does not function properly and it becomes a little difficult to deal with such issue in hot weather. Prepaid Wi-Fi is also not very effective and network connectivity remains an issue most of the time.
A few guests felt that the entertainment team is not too good at the hotel and does little to entertain the young crowd. Entertainment is aimed more at older people and youngsters may get a little bored. Evening entertainment is also disappointing.
