Hotel Las Palomas Apartments Econotels (Palmanova, Spain)

Guests are perfectly located in the heart of Palma Nova, just a ten-minute walk from the city centre of Magaluf which boasts a vibrant and lively nightlife scene, as well as a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants, but are also far enough away that they can return to the serene surroundings of the apartment complex and not be disturbed by the city’s night-time noise. Guests are also a short distance from the nearby beach and can walk there at their leisure.

The staff at Las Palomas are all extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring that guests feel welcome and at home in the accommodation. The reception desk staff are all courteous and engaging, happy to help guests with any requests or queries they may have.

Guests were impressed with the cleanliness of their apartments as well as the airy and roomy layout. The housekeeping staff ensure a high level of hygiene is maintained and guests felt as if they had enough space to live comfortably with their group or family.

While guests found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating, they were disappointed with the fact that the reception desk was not always seen to and found the fact that you have to ring a bell in order to talk to a staff member to be a minor annoyance.

Las Palomas is far enough away from Magaluf’s city centre that guests are not disturbed by the nightlife, there is some noise in the nights and mornings from the immediate area surrounding the hotel and guests were occasionally disturbed by this.

Despite most guests being satisfied by the cleanliness of their apartments, some guests found that ants found their way into their accommodation however, none of these complaints overly negatively impacted their stay.
