Under new management, the 2-star Lapérouse des Cordelier in Albi has undergone many improvements (plumbing, decoration, mattress, carpets, electricity...). The intention is not to create a luxurious hotel... The 2-star ranking fits the hotel very well! However, the owners want to increase convenience and to develop the character of the building. The purpose is good living in a typical place, full of charm, very different from the standardised atmosphere of hotel chain business. Hotel Lapérouse offers a simple and friendly atmosphere. Let yourself be charmed by the authenticity of the place. Everything is within walking distance: cathedral, restaurants, theatres, movies and museums. After your day of business or tourism, a green oasis invites you to relax. The hotel was named Lapérouse in honour of the famous explorer born in Albi in 1741.
