Hotel Lancelot (Arrecife, Spain)

The rooms at Lancelot are cleaned to a high standard and guests reported that not a speck of dust is to be found. Also reported was lots of space to move about and store items, luxurious bathrooms with lots of water pressure and hot water in the showers, Wi-Fi that always works and comfortable beds.

The food served at this hotel is delicious, fresh, well-prepared and plentiful. Guests reported that there are many options to choose from and the portions are generous.

The staff are very experienced at dealing with the public because they are very attentive to guests' needs, they're helpful at all times and they're always friendly. Guests reported that staff is also great with children, they readily offer advice on what to do in the area, they're multilingual and they're always smiling.

Guests reported that there isn't much variety to choose from when it comes to meals at Lancelot and what is available consists of hot items that are served cold, canned vegetables, frozen fruit and poor-quality meat and cheese.

Some staff members are unfriendly with guests and the atmosphere at the hotel is cold because of this. Guests also reported that staff aren't very interactive and the service is impersonal because staff only speak when they are sought out. There've been reports of issues with bookings that go unresolved, staff who don't try to accommodate guests when it's called for and a busy front desk that makes it impossible to seek information.

Due to the fact that the hotel is located right on a busy street, guests reported being able to hear every car and person that passed by during their stay. Also reported was the sound of conversations in other rooms and people walking in the corridors due to poor soundproofing.
