Guests were pleased to find that their rooms had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. From the air- conditioning through to the hospitality trays and the fresh modern decor, guests were complimentary about the rooms as well as the bathrooms which they said were spacious and equipped with modern plumbing fixtures and fittings.
The spa area including the pool and the Jacuzzi have been described as clean and well-presented and many guests thoroughly enjoyed using them. Those who had specialist treatments said that they were carried out by knowledgeable staff and would certainly recommend them.
The food served at the hotel restaurant was described as very tasty and of high quality. Even the fussiest of eaters could find something on the extensive menus which also catered well for any special dietary requirements. The breakfasts were also said to be fresh and well-cooked with plenty of options to choose from.
Guests who used the air -conditioning units in order to cool down their rooms complained about the noise that they made which prevented many from using them at night. Due to the loud buzzing noise, many chose to open their windows in order to deal with the heat.
Although the hotel is surrounded by countryside and boasts scenic lake views, there are some rooms that look out onto the car park. If you are keen on having a lake view it is advisable to mention it to the staff before booking.
Some of the guests complained about being woken up early due to the noise made by the cleaning staff. Although many left do not disturb notices, these seemed to have been ignored.
