Conveniently located opposite a Walmart Supercenter, Laguna Villa’s offers self catering free standing houses in a suburban development convenient for all the Orlando area attractions. All the villas are free standing and can accommodate up to eight guests. They have well equipped kitchens, cable TV and have all the linens and equipment you’ll need during your stay. Some even have private pools. These are private villas which have all you’ll need. There are no real public facilities. You are free to contact the management company should you have any questions during your stay. The villas have very well equipped kitchens, so you are quite able to cook up a storm if you are self-catering. Naturally, you’ll have a wide variety of food delivery services available if you want to eat in, and there’s a restaurants strip about a mile from the villas. Walt Disney World is approximately nine miles from the villas.
This was by far what guests most appreciated about the villas. They were said to be just a few minutes drive from Disney World, and even closer to some other theme parks like Epcot Center. Guests loved that they could get up and quickly be at the entrance gate early, so as to beat some of the crowds.
Though many guests did find issues with their villas, most went on to say that they had received a very competitive rate. Considering the extremely convenient location, , they felt they had received excellent value for money.
Guests felt that they wanted for nothing when in the villas. Those who were self catering said that the kitchen contained all the equipment and utensils that would be needed to prepare even fairly complicated dishes.
Though this didn’t seem to apply to all the villas, guests in quite a few of them felt that they were a bit run down. They got the impression that the management company didn’t really keep an eye on small maintenance issues, which then eventually became big issues.
Though it may vary from villa to villa, there were complaints that only a very limited number of channels were available on the TV. They certainly didn’t have a premium cable subscription, and some guests found it difficult to find programs that they wanted to watch.
Quite a number of guests said that staff working in the garden, or on the pool, would turn up unannounced. Not so much as a knock on the door to let the occupants know that they would be working on-site was made. This seemed to un-nerve quite a few guests.
