The 4-star Lada Resort is situated between the new and the old city of Togliatti in an absolutely quiet location directly on the impounded branch of the Volga. Separate building complexes are distributed on an area of about 40 000 m2. After extensive renovations there will prospectively be 132 comfortable double rooms, two-room apartments, almost all of them with a balcony, and long-stay apartments, which are additionally equipped with kitchenette, available for the guests. The rooms are spread over three building complexes, almost all of them overlooking the Volga River. The hotel has a restaurant "Ladya" with adjoining terrace on the riverside of the Volga. After completion of the restructuring works there will be a karaoke bar, the "Garage", as well as a lobby bar with a terrace.
