Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites Nashville Airport Opryland (Nashville, USA)

Guests were very glad with the spacious parking lot. They were happy that they did not have to wait for others to pull their car out. The high speed Internet connection was fast, say guests.

The hotel provided an airport pick up which was very convenient for all the guests. All the staff members from the driver of the airport pickup to the front office were really gracious. Pets are welcome and can be kept without any hassle.

All the health conscious guests loved the well equipped exercise rooms with five workout machines. Breakfast was very good and included waffles, hard boiled eggs, juice, instant oatmeal and toast.

Most of the guests felt that the beds were very small and uncomfortable. The hallways were smelling of smoke and were dark. Guests could not get a good night's sleep because of the noise coming right from the highway.

Guests were very disappointed with being allotted rooms on a floor that had both smoking and non-smoking rooms. Guests who had asked for non-smoking rooms were very much troubled by the smoke and cigarette smell throughout the corridor.

Bathrooms were very dirty and the showers did not work. There was mold growing on the bathroom floor and side of the bath tub. Drains were completely blocked, and in some rooms the shower faucet came off the wall. Used towels and soaps were still in the shower. The hotel building and rooms had a very worn out and old look.
