Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites Miami Cutler Bay (Cutler Bay, USA)

The service employees at the hotel are very well trained and courteous. A number of guests were especially pleased with the reception staff and found their warmth, calm demeanour and speed in handling complaints and requests extremely laudable.

The bathrooms have very roomy showers and have excellent water pressure. Rooms are quite spacious and the beds are large and comfortable. The televisions have a wide and clear screen plus a large variety of channels to choose from.

A majority of guests felt that the hotel lived up to their expectations for a budget hotel. The basic necessities are provided in each room and the central location makes it accessible to major points of interest. Everything is within reasonable distance.

Some guests have raised issue with the poor sound insulation in the rooms. Those unfortunate enough to have rowdy next door neighbours could hardly get any sleep as noise travels through the walls. Rooms next to the street receive a lot of noise due to traffic.

A good majority of guests found the breakfast menu to be subpar. Those on special diets did not feel adequately catered to. Some were of the opinion that the food's quality was inferior and the selection was not as varied as was expected.

Some guests have complained about the air conditioning. Some thought the unit didn't work properly while others were very dissatisfied with the temperature controls, especially during the periods when the weather became unbearably hot.
