Most guests were happy with their accommodations. The hotel has recently done some updates so the walls are freshly painted, the rugs have been replaced and the bathrooms remodeled. The beds are very comfortable, the level of cleanliness is good. The free Wi-Fi works well.

The staff is friendly and courteous. Many guests enjoyed that they take the time to tell guests about possible restaurants and stores in the area as they can be a bit hard to find. If there were any small issues the staff tried to take care of them immediately.

The hotel offers a shuttle to both the airport and the cruise terminal and many guests take advantage of that. The interstate is easy to reach so you can venture out and see some sights or go shopping.

The hotel is directly at the airport, so you might encounter the noise of airplanes when you stay here. Some guests felt it is well sound proofed while others had trouble to sleep in. If you are sensitive to noise pack a pair of earplugs to ensure a good night's sleep.

A lot of guests felt that the continental breakfast was subpar. It does not offer much variety and gets boring fast. There are restaurants not too far from the hotel where you can get a full breakfast instead.

Some guests had trouble with the air conditioning not being able to cool the room too fast or leaving a musty smell. The hot floridian weather puts quite a strain on this kind of amenity so it might take a moment for the air conditioning to get your room to a comfortable temperature.
