Those looking to keep in shape while traveling will find a fully-equipped fitness center on-site. There is free parking and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. La Quinta’s signature “Bright Side Breakfast” is available every morning, and consists of cereals, waffles, fresh fruit and hot beverages. Hot food items like sausages and eggs are also available. There are several chain restaurants nearby, including a Denny’s and Tacos Tijuana. Downtown Baltimore, with its numerous attractions, is approximately 26 miles drive from the hotel.
Several guests mentioned that they appreciated being so close to the I-95 on-ramp. Aside from making the hotel very easy to find when arriving for the first time, they also enjoyed being able to get onto the highway very quickly and immediately be speeding towards their final destination.
An extraordinary number of guests commented on the size of their room, with all expressing the view that it was much bigger than they expected, and that they were used to at most other hotels.
Unlike many other La Quinta hotels, this one offers hot food such as sausages and eggs in addition to the usual wheat based staples. This seems to have gone a long way with the guests, who said they found the breakfast to offer a good start to their day.
Though it does not seem it is used very often, those who were unfortunate enough to be relegated to the sleeper couch had nothing good to say about it. It was described as exceptionally uncomfortable, even by already low sleeper couch standards.
