Again and again guests would comment on just how incredible the staff were. The reception staff came in for especially high praise for offering a warm welcome on arrival, and being very friendly and professional throughout.

It is very hard for a hotel to select a mattress with wide appeal, simply because personal tastes vary so much. It seems, however, that they may have got close in this case. A very large number of guests commented on how amazingly comfortable the mattresses were.

Whatever other problems guests had with their rooms, and there were a couple, size was not one of them. They mentioned being pleasantly surprised by how large their room was, and certainly felt it was big enough for the number of guests booked in.

This was perhaps the most common complaint. Guest after guest mentioned that they could hear the goings on of the surrounding rooms almost as clearly as if they were going on in their own. Of course this was not exactly conducive to a good night's sleep.

It was pretty hard to find a good word written about the breakfast. To start with, guests said that there was not a wide enough variety of foods offered. But even what was presented was said to be poorly prepared. It was a bit of a disheartening experience.

The hotel is pet-friendly. This fact was of course well received by those traveling with their dogs, but others were not so pleased with the policy. Despite being well-behaved, dogs inevitably bark and can cause problems in large numbers. Some guests found that their presence disrupted their stay in a couple of ways.
