Guests appreciated warm hospitality of the helpful staff. The guests were quoted saying that the staff was always ready and eager to fix any problem then and there. Whether it was asking for an extra key or directions to a nearby local place, the staff was very prompt.
The hotel is one of the few places that entertain pets as much as the owners. One of the biggest worries of the pet owners was resolved by allowing pets to stay here. Breakfast was sumptuous with a huge spread of fresh fruits, cereals and muffins, along with unlimited juice and coffee.
According to some guests, bathrooms were extremely dirty with cracked, stained floors, moldy walls and rusty showers with no soap or shampoo.
