Hotel La Quinta by Wyndham Columbus MS (Columbus, USA)

With the nightclub and restaurant onsite and the highway close by, this hotel makes for a great weekend get-a-way. Guests were pleased with the nightclub's live band and danced the night away. When they went back to their room, they rested peacefully in the hotel's comfortable bedding.

With the various amenities and the location of the hotel, Ramada Columbus Highway 45 is very budget-friendly. The location of the hotel puts it close to the highway providing guests with easy access to local places without having to spend a lot of money on gas.

The hotel provides many amenities for guests to enjoy. Each of the spacious rooms have a refrigerator. There are several entertainment opportunities right at the hotel, the restaurant, the bar/lounge, and the nightclub. Guest also enjoyed the outdoor pool.

Guests have reported that the units at this hotel are extremely dusty and in need of a good, deep vacuuming. Chairs were stained to the degree that guests asked for the chairs to be removed. Carpets and furniture in the rooms were dirty and stained. Due to these horrible conditions, guests will not return.

Right from the start, guests were not given the correct rooms that they offered, with no apologies from staff. Beds were rock hard, the bathtub would not drain after the shower, thus guests were standing in ankle deep filthy water, and the rugs were dirty. Not an enjoyable experience at all.

When viewing online photos of this hotel online, guests were misled on the cleanliness of the hotel. Once guests arrived, they soon discovered that the hotel was in a desperate need of a major cleaning. A few of the complaints were bathtubs were black due to dirt and refrigerators were full of standing water.
