Most guests loved staying so close to the interstate. It seemed it was the reason many booked at this hotel. They explained that it was very easy to access the highway, and allowed them to get on their way to their destination without first having to negotiate busy city streets.

Though not mentioned often, it was reported that the beds were quite high off the ground and the toilet seats quite close to the ground, at least in the regular rooms. Some felt that these would cause issues for those with some mobility problems.
It was mentioned that the on-site guest laundry was quite expensive, certainly much more expensive than other laundries in the area would charge. It was felt that the hotel guests were being taken advantage of.
