Hotel La Posada is a family run B+B in the picturesque old village of Benalmadena on Spain’s Costa del Sol. Staff are on hand to advise on places to visit and best value restaurants nearby. Malaga Airport is less than 8 miles away.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The place is spotlessly clean + just the ticket for those wanting to step down a few gears from modern day living. Stop looking for a holiday ‘gem’. You’ve just found it!
Large and comfortable beds with spacious en-suites. Everything is spotlessly clean and breakfast is perfection with, if you want it, the best scrambled eggs ever! Those little, privately owned, shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood are just waiting to be explored. What a delightful place!
The razzmatazz of the big resorts is a short and cheap bus trip away. Here, though, you can withdraw into a more tranquil setting and certainly without sacrificing any of the ‘mod cons’. Some may say it’s too quiet for an extended stay! No way! This is perfection on a tapas plate!
Air conditioning isn’t very effective
They are a pain everywhere and should all holiday collectively on an island where they can slam doors and shout as loudly as they wish!
Some rooms open directly into the reception area so you feel strangely vulnerable.
