Many guests were happy to have stayed in very clean and tidy rooms. One of the most important things for people in the hospitality business is to have the rooms clean. The bed and breakfast did a good job of this.

The staff made many guests feel at home, especially by bringing in the Italian breakfast every morning to their rooms. They were also helpful with giving out directions to guests and recommendations on places to go.

The bed and breakfast is within a close walking distance from many attractions in the city including the Villa Borghese, the Trevi Fountain and the Piazza Spagna. It is also close to the main Termini train station and various places to eat and drink.

The breakfast that is served each morning was found to be boring and dull by some who stayed here. They would have preferred to have some more items or at least something more filling. They found the sweetness of the choices to not be enough.

Some guests had a hard time connecting to the Internet and thought the signal was unreliable as the Wi-Fi would go on and off. The slow speed was annoying for some who were trying to use the Wi-Fi, but was more like a dial-up.

Some guests were not able to get a good night's rest given the loud traffic noise heard outside. They would have preferred a calmer area. The traffic noise was too much for some guests to get a good night's rest.
