Every suite is a designed to make for a most comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, luxurious and feel like a home. The walk-in dressing room features a runway-like area with full length mirrors and vanity table. There is an in-room bar area with a minibar refrigerator and Nespresso machine. You'll also find tech savvy amenities like large flat screen TV with Bose speakers, a mirror-inset TV in the marble bathroom and iPod docks. Luxurious bedding with Egyptian cotton sheets and down comforters ensure the best possible rest.

Guests were very pleased to be greeted with a champagne glass upon arrival.

Guests complimented the service at the L'Ermitage Beverly Hills. The staff is professional, attentive and always happy to see you. Reportedly, no request is too much for them.

Many guests have commented on the outdated decor and old-looking rooms and lobby. The carpet is frayed in some rooms and there is a stale smell in the public areas. The pool area, especially, needs to be cleaned up and redecorated. Guests said the rooftop location is beautiful but the pool area itself is somewhat boring. The hotel is currently under renovation and should be completed by the end of the year.

The Wi-Fi is complimentary and sufficient for most standard use. However, several guests have complained about the internet being too slow for more advanced activities.

All suites feature their own private balconies but some guests have commented that they are too small for their liking.
