The hotel's staff members are very passionate in their responsibilities. Their efforts to making you feel comfortable and at ease can never go unnoticed. They are always readily available when needed and never hesitate to give you all the information you need. Ensuring guest satisfaction is their focus.

There is a wide variety of food on offer at the hotel. Different palates are well accommodated by the varied menu. Guests found the dishes to be well prepared and the service being top notch. The seating arrangement was well set as one did not have to wait for long to be seated and served.

A number of guests complained about the stairs leading to rooms as being very steep and narrow. Those who were mobility impaired and the elderly had much trouble and found them quite hard to navigate.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, though some guests have complained that the speed is too slow to do anything productive with. They were inconvenienced due to the signal only being strong at the public areas and rather weak in their rooms.

Some guests felt that the hotel needed redecoration. The interior of the hotel was seen by some as resembling an old building. The paint appeared to be peeling in some rooms.
