Guests enjoyed the multi-level pool area, which not only provided a cool break from the heat but also allowed guests to sit back in lounge chairs and sip some delicious drinks from the pool bar.

The hotel is within walking distance of the beach and the city center with shopping and a plethora of restaurants and bars. Some guests noted that embarking on a roughly 20-minute walk in either direction would reveal even better beaches with turquoise water that Mexico is famous for.

The hotel boasts three restaurants and four bars, which guests reported to offer plenty of diverse options for meals and snacks. They particularly seemed to enjoy the beach and pool bars, which combined sunbathing and swimming with the need for tasty refreshments.

Several guests complained that the hotel staff was not only unhelpful but also inattentive and rude. This seems to be a particular concern with guests who have booked through a third party, as they cited supposed billing issues, missing bookings and an unprofessional attitude.

With the hotel offering plenty of opportunities to eat and drink, guests pointed out that these options could get quite expensive if you don't book the all-inclusive package. That being said, however, the hotel is in a central location with many restaurants nearby, so that you might find delicious food at a better price elsewhere.

While it is nice to see that the hotel is investing in renovations, guests mentioned that they were not made aware of the ongoing construction efforts and the accompanying noise when booking.
