Built in the 50's the Koolhouse Porto is one of the original houses of the Avenida da Boavista, the longest of Oporto, which connect the central area and Atlantic ocean. The property is located at number 911 of this main avenue, 300 metres away from Casa da Musica and 10 minutes' walk from a Metro Station. Nearby you can find also two important shopping centres and a lot of commercial and business life. From here you can easily go to Serralves Museum, 2 km seaside way, or reach downtown, not more than 15 minutes' walk till Douro river bank, near Arrabida bridge.
