Guests reported that the hotel staff were sometimes unavailable, and even when the reception desk was staffed, they said the workers rarely or never spoke to them. Furthermore, when guests had verbal interactions with staff, they said those were unpleasant because the staff was not welcoming or happy to help.

Feedback from guests warned that there are a lot of people loitering outside the property, and there were also comments about apparently illegal transactions going on between individuals on the property. Guests also noticed drug paraphernalia and people who appeared to be prostitutes hanging around outside the rooms. These factors caused guests to feel very unsafe to the point where they spent the least amount of time possible on the property.

Guests remarked that the rooms are extremely unclean and said they did not feel comfortable staying in the accommodations because they were so dirty. Additionally, guests said there were many broken items or things that otherwise were so worn they needed to be replaced within the accommodations.
