It's not an ideal family hotel. You may encounter a few questionable characters around the parking area. There is also a loud bar right across the street and you can clearly hear the partying going on all night.
More staff needs to be hired. It's frustrating when there are a line of people and only one person at the desk to assist everyone. They should invest in new bathroom linens as well, the towels are like sandpaper and the coffee is more like watered down mud! Don't be surprised if you find yourself in the midst of a bug fest. Mosquitoes abound. The property could do with an update. The décor is an old school 90s type facility. However, if these type of things don't bother you, you will get your money's worth.
The hotel seems to have a strange relationship with outside and inside lighting, especially the outside. Therefore, you may find yourself in the dark as the outside lights don't come on at times and the hallway lights tend to have a mind of their own. Forget reception, they act as if they don't have a clue about what's going on or perhaps they are just used to it.
