The Kingsway Hotel is located between Brighton and Hove near the sea front, a short distance from the centre of both Brighton and Hove. The hotel, which has been built in 1850 in Grade II Georgian housing and remodelled in 2004, has been awarded both a SEETB 4 Diamond Rating and a Silver Award. It offers sea views from some of the guestrooms. Brighton and Hove's King Alfred Leisure Complex is just opposite the B&B as well as a number of shops and restaurants.
