King's Arms delivers a really great view over the water to Kyle of Lochalsh. It'll give you a fine sense of location and is a nice thing to wake up to.

The décor at King's Arms is quite dated and the whole place could really use a serious revamp. The carpets are threadbare and some of the furniture torn. The corridor floors are quite uneven as well and there doesn't seem much in the way of soundproofing.

There's no internet in the rooms, so you'll have to head to the lounge if you want to connect. Unfortunately, even when you are able to log on, you'll find it to be rather slow. This can quickly get frustrating.
