Hotel Kenzi Menara Palace & Resort (Marrakech, Morocco)

The 236 rooms at the hotel are spacious, bright and have private verandas. They boast of rich colours and lovely wooden decor. The decor of the rooms mixes traditional with the modern which holds a charming appeal. All the rooms have flat screen television with satellite channels, radio, phone and tea and coffee maker. Bathrooms are en suite and have shower and bath.

The hotel is a hub for entertainment with amenities like swimming pool, tennis, badminton and volleyball. Children are entertained by indulging them in many educational and fun activities. Spa facilities are extended as well. There are three restaurants in the hotel and a pool side bar making guests experience the taste of many cuisines of subtle flavours and spicy tang in a spectacular ambience with breathtaking views. Free parking onsite and free Wi-Fi facilities are provided.

Food is not as great as advertised. The breakfast and dinner are disappointing as choices are less and the food is even served cold at times. The size of portions is small but meals are expensive.

Staff is not very friendly and service is slow. Guests are made to wait unduly to be served and many times asked to leave and return as nothing is ready.
