Hotel Kent (Miami Beach, USA)

Essentially every previous guest has been in full agreement about one aspect of the Kent Hotel: it is in a fantastic location. Centrally located, the hotel is a short walk from most of the major hotspots, restaurants and beaches that South Beach has to offer.

The conduct of the staff at the hotel, in particular the front desk personnel, has helped produce a lot of positive feedback from former visitors. Not only is it said that the staff members are warm and friendly, but they are also helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.

The Kent Hotel's rooms were well received by the majority of past guests. Along with being well-appointed with modern and comfortable amenities, the rooms are also apparently very clean and spacious.

Whilst it is a product of its environment, a common problem for previous visitors to the Kent Hotel was noise. From late night revelers to morning trash removal, noise - which is accentuated due to the supposedly insufficient soundproofing - has proved to be disruptive.

Although the daily price of the valet parking generally falls in line with other accommodation choices in Miami Beach, this feature of the hotel has generated some criticism from former guests. Due to it not being on-site, the valet parking service can reportedly take a considerable time to retrieve your vehicle.

For the price of staying, a number of past visitors have lamented the lack of facilities provided by the Kent Hotel. No swimming pool, the lack of a complimentary breakfast, and the omission of certain room amenities such as a microwave and coffee maker have been issues brought up on occasion.
