Hotel Keisei Narita Ekima (Narita, Japan)

The hotel is located in a busy area filled with restaurants and convenience stores, as well as being close to metro and train stations. The location is convenient to the airport as well and other attractions so it is central.

The free airport shuttle was a nice amenity to have for guests who did not have to worry about hiring a taxi or other transport to get them to the airport. They enjoyed having this possibility for free.

Many guests enjoyed the on-site onsen available for them, as it was a relaxing area to spend time in. It was nice to experience a part of the culture within the hotel.

Most guests would have preferred to have some more room in their accommodations. The space given was too little for guests with luggage. They could not move around comfortably and for the price paid was not worth it for some.

The breakfast was found to be poor and not of great quality by some guests who thought the price was not worth the morning meal. The options were also geared to more Asian tastes which did not fit every guest's preference.

Some guests felt the rooms were a bit pricy and not worth it. The rooms were too small, some had a bad smoking or unclean smell and the breakfast was not free. For the price, these guests expected a little more and mentioned the rooms were the smallest they've had.
