Kaucuk hotel is a boutique hotel located within walking distance of downtown Antalya. It consists of 2 historic buildings that were recently renovated to preserve the buildings’ original structures. The hotel has 11 rooms in all, 8 in the Pink House and 3 rooms in the Green House, forming an entire floor for families on the top floor. All the rooms in the hotel are entirely non-smoking. The rooms have their own kitchen, along with a refrigerator, a room safe, a hairdryer, air conditioning and heating and access to high speed internet. The private bathrooms include a shower and have a heated floor and complimentary bathrobes and slippers. The hotel’s features include an outdoor swimming pool, a terrace garden surrounded by palm trees and lemon trees, a sauna, parasols, deck chairs and laundry services. An airport shuttle service is available and currency exchange and car hire can be found on site.
