The hotel was found to have a great location within walking distance from the public transportation stops such as the metro and the bus. The hotel is also close to the shopping district and convenient to explore the city.

The restaurant, the coffee shop and the bar were nice eateries to have in the hotel. Guests were happy to have these things in the hotel so it was easy to have a quick drink or snack without heading too far away from their rooms.

No In-Room Wi-Fi

Guests thought the Wi-Fi not being available in the rooms to be inconvenient and annoying. They felt the Wi-Fi should be available in the rooms because they could use the Internet in the comfort of their rooms. Instead it is only available in the lobby.

The rooms were found to be worn and used more than guests would have liked. They felt the carpets were dirty and stained, while the walls had worn wallpaper. The sheets on the bed did not leave a clean impression either. The aspect of the rooms was not positive.
