The lovely people that work here are extremely accommodating and have been known to save the day on more than one occasion. From the prompt arrangement of steam cleaning for a stained sofa to finding good deals on tickets, they are a credit to the hotel.
If you want some peace and quiet during your stay at Surfers Paradise, then this hotel is perfect. The island is quiet enough, and there are plenty of places to eat but not too much nightlife. However, the main strip is just a short walk away, so you get the best of both worlds staying here.
While this is not a luxury hotel, it is very fairly priced for a place in this area. You get free parking and a private balcony thrown into the bargain making it excellent value for money. The pool and your own kitchen are the icing on the cake for budget travellers.
These apartments have seen better days and guests have noticed that the carpets, in particular, are quite old and a little smelly. This seems to be the case in most of the apartments while there have also been problems with kitchen utensil being too old to use.
