Hotel Js Cape Colom - Adults Only (Portocolom, Spain)

Guests couldn't get over the views from the hotel. It is located on the rocky tip of a small headland, and commands exquisite views over the Mediterranean. This view was probably guest's favourite feature of JS Cape Colom.

While not mentioned as often as might have been expected, several guests do note that the hotel has extensive sporting facilities. It is really a resort, and guests were happy they could try their hand at a couple of sports and activities when they got tired of lazing around the pool.

Quite a few guests were very happy that the hotel only accepts adult guests. They were perhaps looking for a quiet and more sophisticated holiday, and were glad to avoid the raucous energy that children exhibit - at least for a time.

The small size of the rooms did seem to irk a number of guests. The hotel is certainly not a budget property, and neither is it in the centre of an expensive city. Guests seemed to feel that the designers should have allowed for bigger rooms than they did.

Guests had to pay extra for Wi-Fi access anywhere in the hotel, and they were certainly not very happy about this. To many, connectivity is such a basic necessity nowadays they believed it should have been included in the room rate. In any event, even after paying they described the service as fairly weak and unreliable.

The hotel seems to allow smoking anywhere outside on its property, including the dining terraces. Many guests were very unhappy about this, thinking that it should, at the very least, be restricted to areas where no food is available.
