The staff members at Jetwings are renowned for being attentive and friendly. Many guests have commented on the high level of service they received during their stay, and stated that staff are highly professional and willing to help whenever possible.

Prepare to be indulged in some luxurious rooms at Jetwings. Many guests have praised the spacious rooms, and have noted that the interior is decorated to a very high standard. Several guests have reported on the sea views, and the short distance from the pool and beach is another selling point.

Although the close proximity to the beach is a positive, many guests have noted that hawkers can approach guests at the poolside. In addition, there is a population of stray dogs and cats that roam the area. In each case, guests have noted that this is only a slight inconvenience, however management are reported to be working on the issue.

If you are travelling on business, then beware that there have been occasional reports that the Wi-Fi signal is intermittent in some rooms.

One occasional complaint from guests has been a musty smell in rooms on the ground floor. Management have responded, stating that this is a result of monsoon season which can be rectifies by leaving the air conditioner running. In each case, staff members have been prompt to respond.
