Hotel Isla Paraíso (Es Mercadal, Spain)

This is meant to be a coastal location that provides easy access to sand and surf, and guests say this destination comes through in that respect. One of their favorite aspects of this hotel is its close proximity to the local beach. In fact, it can be walked to - Arenal d'en Castell Beach is only approximately 650 feet from the hotel entrance.

One of the other most commonly reported positive aspects of this destination also relates to grabbing some sun: the pool area. Guests here say that the outdoor pool area at the hotel is generally well-kept and clean, and the perfect alternative to the beach for those looking for a quick, cool dip.

Guests don't have any complaints regarding the staff at Isla Paraiso. In fact, they report that the staff do a wonderful job of helping guests and providing information on the surrounding area.

Guests report significant disappointment in the state of the available air conditioning here. They say that each room only has one air conditioning unit that is highly inefficient. As a result, guest rooms are frequently too warm despite the efforts of the air conditioning unit.

While the availability of in-room Wi-Fi Internet access exists, it isn't included as a standard amenity. This surprised a number of disconcerted guests, whom say they don't appreciate having to pay extra for something that is seen as standard at so many other locations these days.

Guests to Isla Paraiso say that noise can be a bit of an issue at this location. Aside from the restaurant being annoyingly noisy at dinner time, they report that rooms located near the playground can also suffer in this regard.
