The balconies were well used by guests who stayed here, with many describing lazy afternoons spent enjoying the spectacular views, with a cool and sparkling beverage with friends.

Guests who used the BBQ area said that it was well maintained and clean. Guests also said that the pool water was fresh and clean and a great place to relax with the kids after a day at the beach or seeing the sights of the Gold Coast.

It can be very expensive to park on the Gold Coast and guests who stayed here commented that it was excellent that the secure undercover parking was included in the room tarrif. Guests also commented that the property is great value for money in a expensive area.

The hotel only provides a limited free Wi-Fi service and guests complained in their reviews that additional access to Wi-Fi was very expensive.

Guests were not impressed that the rooms looked nothing like the pictures on the Website with some commenting that they thought the rooms were disgusting. Common complaints included that beds were awful, the linens were stained and old, blankets were overused and the furniture was broken.

Guests who had the unfortunate timing to stay here whilst not all of the lifts were in good working order, left less than positive reviews about the hotel. Guests complained that they had to wait for long periods of time to get in and out of the building which was frustrating.
