The staff members want to make sure you have the best time you can when staying here. Located right at the reception desk, there are tons of maps showing what Rome has to offer.

Due to echoing corridors and thin walls, it is likely you will hear other guests talking and moving around. So, if they’re up late partying or talking, you will most likely be kept up because of it.

Though the hotel offers Wi-Fi for you to use during your stay, it doesn’t seem to work great in the rooms. In fact, it might only work in the corridor, which can be frustrating.

If you arrive early or unplanned, you will have to wait to call someone to let you in. There aren’t any staff members located on site – they are only reachable by the phone.
