Guest recommend to future travellers in their reviews to request a high floor so that they can take advantage of the spectacular ocean views from their balconies, which for most visitors was the highlight of their stay.

Guests thought that for the position of the hotel and the range of amenities that it has that it represented excellent value for money. Guests also commented that the apartments were well designed and had all necessary amenities to make their stay comfortable.

The hotel is centrally located in Surfers Paradise and for many visitors it was the reason why the chose the hotel in the first place. Guests said that the hotel is close to the beach and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and pubs in Surfers Paradise.

Guests who were not happy about their delayed check-in left less than positive comments about the hotel. Guests who were not able to get into their rooms at the allocated time suggested that housekeeping needs more help to turn over the rooms in time.

Guests were disappointed that there was no free Wi-Fi provided at the hotel as they could not keep up with social media and for some this was a source of frustration. Guests said that in this day and age Wi-Fi should be free as a standard amenity.

Guests were a little dubious about using the balconies at this propoerty with some people describing them as old and bit rickerty. Other guests singled out the old appliances in the units which they thought needed replacing.
