The staff here is very professional, friendly and helpful. Guests have mentioned a receptionist named Sara and a barman named Javi as being exceptionally courteous and welcoming, going out of their way to help look after the guests.
The food in the hotel has been found to be very good.
With the staff strength as it has been, the staff copes very well when the level of guests is not very high. But when the hotel fills up, the staff members are suddenly run off their feet and the standard of service seems to come down, leaving guests disappointed.
The parents of a young child were very annoyed that the dinner timings in the restaurant were too late for their daughter, who sleeps for the night by early evening. They felt that a hotel which caters for families should be more considerate and aware of children’s food timings.
The walls are paper thin and it is possible to hear sounds from the rooms next door and above.
