The bar staff are the same staff that handle the check-in process which is far from ideal. This means that if you arrive during a busy spell in the restaurant or bar, you may have a long wait for your room key. The staff do their best, but a person on reception full-time would make a big difference.
You have to order and pick up your food by yourself which seems a bit strange for a hotel restaurant. It’s a bit confusing unless one of the staff has explained it to you first. Not the best of arrangements.
