Convenient shuttle service

If you are in the mood for a great day of shopping, then getting to the city centre of Ubud is easy. The free on-site shuttle makes regular trips between the hotel and town, and will get you there with ease.

Not just a good breakfast

Guests said the breakfast was great, but the afternoon tea is even better. You can sit back, relax and meet new friends over complimentary tea and pancakes every afternoon. Visitors enjoyed this special touch, and many of them secretly asked for the pancake recipe to take back home.

The Sacred Monkey Forest is within an easy walk from the hotel, and those who wish to enjoy the day in the town centre just took the shuttle. Guests found a variety of excellent shops and restaurants in the vicinity too.

Bath towels seen better days

There have been several complaints from repeat travellers who felt the towels should be replaced. They are not as white as they once were, and many of them had become worn thin and shabby.

A number of visitors said the staff speak very little English, and it was quite hard to explain what it is they wanted. It was also pretty awkward trying to understand the directions that the staff tried to deliver. Nonetheless, most guests said this did not detract from the overall good experience.
