If you arrive at the Imperial las Perlas Cancun without your own vehicle, then you should be just fine. The public bus is literally on the doorstep and will take you almost anywhere you need to go. Once you are done with the day's sightseeing you can step over the road and spend the rest of the day at the beach.

According to many guests, the pool area is the place to make friends and relax in the sun. It is clean, there are plenty of beach chairs and they are perfectly positioned for the sun. The staff are even involved in organizing fun activities for those who want to participate, while others can relax on the water hammock.

There are many guests who do not want to be in the middle of the social hub, which is why they chose to stay in the Imperial las Perlas Cancun Hotel. Guests described the authentic feeling because of the open layout with a good breeze blowing through. This vibe continues with the large open-feel balconies included in each room.

Although guests generally enjoyed their stay, and most said they would return, they did however feel that many of the rooms and furniture were on the outdated side. Because the location is so convenient, visitors believe an upgrade would be well worth it.

Because of the fact that this hotel has been around for a number of years now, some of the rooms have developed a bit of a damp odor. Some guests have even needed to move rooms two or three times to find one without the smell. Bring some air-freshener next time.

Many visitors have been quite concerned with the fact that the rooms do not have a safe in them. They would have preferred to lock up documents like passports and other important papers, than to just pack them away with the clothing.
