At Imperial Holiday & Spa, the on-site restaurant is repetitive with its menu because of set days of buffet spread. Guests wanted variety with their food which they weren't able to get. Although the food quality has always been appreciated by guests.
Some of the past guests have advised of renovations at certain places in the resort. Although the resort is spotlessly clean but it can't hide the tired décor. The guest suites have chipped walls and outdated furniture, which didn't please many.
